Paklenica National Park – The second oldest national park in Croatia is on the south part of Velebit. You will find there beautiful countryside where the sea meets the mountains. It has interesting wildlife and spectacular karst formations which make the area a true geological museum. The park is highly with hikers and free climbers, one of the most challenging locations is the 712 m high rock Anića kuk. The most attractive are cliffs in the canyons of Velika Paklenica and Mala Paklenica.
